Quick Answer
The Vertigo Fog Clip Joint is a now-sold-out limited-edition playing card deck from Fulton's, known for its Cambric 37 Thin Stock paper and distinctive tuck box.
Why Collectors Still Talk About It
Despite being archived, the Vertigo Fog Clip Joint remains a benchmark for Fulton's experimental paper stock and limited-run releases. Its scarcity and unique material make it a reference point for later decks.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Is the Vertigo Fog Clip Joint still available?
- No, it is sold out. Fulton's archived the product and no further stock is expected. The listing on the site now serves as a historical record.
- What makes the Cambric 37 Thin Stock special?
- Cambric 37 is a proprietary paper stock that is thinner and more flexible than standard playing card paper. It offers a distinct tactile experience but is more delicate, which is why Fulton's used it sparingly.
- Can I still find one for my collection?
- Since it's sold out at retail, the secondary market (eBay, collector forums) is your only option. Be prepared to pay above the original $13.86 price, and verify authenticity by checking for the distinctive tuck box and paper feel. Always ask sellers for close-up photos of the tuck box and card edges to confirm it's the genuine Vertigo Fog edition.
