Franklin BBQ is the gold standard of BBQ. Earning the title “Best BBQ in Texas AKA the world.”

In 2013 Brad Fulton waited four hours in the infamous line at Franklin in Austin and was stunned at their amazing logo identity system that complimented the epic bbq and atmosphere. After becoming friends with Stacy and Aaron, Fulton thought it was the perfect opportunity to immortalize this great American Brand in their very own card deck.

What better way to spend time while waiting for your very own brisket to finish on your Franklin Smoker?

The back design of these ALL NEW "Retro" Franklin Cards are inspired by classic casino cards of yesteryear. This special edition includes a vintage "long flap" playing card tuck box--just like they did them in the 1970s.

56 Playing Cards. Custom through and through including the court cards that pay tribute to the couple that catapulted Austin BBQ into a new era.

Printed in China on premium Cardistry playing card stock.

Embossed tuck box.

Do not miss this one of a kind deck.

Designed by Brad Fulton featuring illustrations by the OG himself, Dave Lamplugh—who did the original sauce bottle cartoons for Franklin. The logo was created by Blair Richardson and stands the test of time as an iconic trademark.

Didn't expect a card to feel this substantial in hand, but the gilded finish has real weight to it. Knowing only 13 exist in my color makes it the centerpiece of the collection.

The numbered seal on the back sold me — knowing mine is one of just thirteen in this color makes it feel like a real collector's piece. The gilding catches the light way more than the photos show.

Only 13 of these made in each color, and I actually got one. The gilded finish is thicker than I expected and catches the light nicely on the shelf. Didn't think I'd care this much about a piece of cardboard.
